We took our first steps as a real estate development company over 20 years ago in Ecuador as Romero y Pazmiño Ingenieria Inmobiliaria – Ecuador. In that time, we’ve helped craft over 2,500 homes, developed more than 35 major real estate projects, and spent years honing our expertise in sourcing the best talent to create the most luxurious, sought-after developments.
